I'm Lance or Lancia, depending on your preference. I'm a 20 year old Nursing and Psychology student from RI whose moving to Cali in Sept. to attend UC Davis. I speak Italian and American English. I run (like a beast), bake (like Betty Crocker), and just just started doing taekwondo! I'd like to someday become my ideal self. 1. 20 bb lunges
2. 30 sit ups
3. 30 over bb burpees
4. 20 power snatches
Weight used: 65
Rounds: 4+20 burpees
I really should keep up with these.
No CrossFit today.
1. 2 miles. 16:49 min.
2. Row 1013 m. 4:19 min.
3. 30 (perfect) squats
And then I practiced my deadlift form. It’s looking more like a squat so I spent a bit of time on that.
Overall an easy day.
Just started CrossFit again after a six month hiatus (my other box was an hour away - one located two miles from me just opened!).
Today was just an “intro session,” so no bars unfortunately, but I think I did well considering the hiatus I took

15 push ups
15 sit ups
15 air squats
Being out of breath doesn’t mean you can’t do it. It means you’ve done it.

Or you’ve walked up three flights of stairs and still can’t do it without being out of breath even after three years of walking up those same stairs 3 times a day.
